DOUCETTE, William A. "Billy" Of Brighton, formerly of Cambridge, April 4, 2016, age 59, died suddenly after battling cancer. He was the loving father of Gina Doucette of Burlington, and Catie Doucette and Kristen Casey, both of Dunedin, FL, and cherished brother to each of his 9 sisters, Eleanor, Patricia, Barbara, Susie, Aggie, Theresa, Ruthie and the late Donna and late Carmen, all of Cambridge. Billy was a proud Army Veteran, seasoned fisherman and golf enthusiast who leaves behind countless nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and beloved friends and coworkers who will undoubtedly remember him for his big heart, positive outlook and larger than life personality, forever a jokester. Funeral from the John C. Burns & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Broadway, CAMBRIDGE, Saturday, April 9, at 8:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Paul's Church, Harvard Sq., Cambridge, at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
